2012.03.07
Take potato's and peel.
|
Chop up to boil
|
place in pan and boil
|
Skin onion
|
Much needed brew!
|
Slice onion
|
Chop up to required size
|
Check spuds
|
Another much needed cuppa!
|
Add butter and pepper to spuds
|
And mash
|
Fry onions and garlic
|
Add meat
|
Add tomato's and beans and let cook for around an hour
|
Enjoy!! That was hard work!

I was wondering where you were going with this one Chris. I wasn't quite sure if it was going to be a dish with tea or a tea dish with spuds & beans or what. After following it through I realised you have not lost your marbles after all.....lol Looks delicious BTW!
