Today I was given this "cake" it was on day 4 of its life and I have taken up the mantle to make this a eatable cake. I will keep you all informed. It will take another 6 days of "feeding" it and keeping it uncovered. The noe that came with it says it is a sourdough cake and it has apple and raisins in it, sounds yummy!
