This was the only Indian Paintbrush in the entire field that I could find.

Bluebonnets, bulls, and barbed wire. Where else?

A little off the beaten path I found a small herd of Longhorns.

Here are four of the five.

The one on the right looks like there might be a little Brahma mixed in there somewhere with that little hump.

This one stayed off by himself the entire time I watched them.

How interesting that there are so many flowers among the cattle.... I understand those long horns can be pretty dangerous... not something I'd likely test! 8^)
