With a spare week up our sleeves before the start of our Galapagos cruise, we decided to backtrack a bit and check out the Peruvian side of Lake Titicaca, which we previously raced through on our way to the Inca trail. Stopping two nights at the lakeside town of Puno (3800m), we visited the town's biggest drawcard which are the Uros floating straw islands.
