Found On A Cold Day

Today was a damp dank day. At first, on my way to a meeting, I looked for something red, but only the stop sign stood out. I continued walking and passed these three objects.

The rock —placed rather haphazardly on the ground begged for a different background. I moved it to a step.

I was fascinated with the hole and pattern of one object and the lettering on the other object.

jpfromoz Funny where we find inspiration. The colours of #2 are interesting. Makes you wonder what happened to the pole to give it the gouge marks that have rusted into it...

aggiechristine Red is the perfect color to look for on cold winter days. What fantastic color you've captured on #2, and I love the lettering on it, it almost looks like some type of caligraphy.
