Incredible set of pictures. I really like the lines in #1, the stack of rocks and boat's reflection. Nicely done.

What a great set. I really like the first shot with the ripples of sand and the footprints.

Another beautiful set of photos, all magnificently composed. The light, textures, colours, balance are all first class. Are you really sure you need a new camera?!!!

Nice pattern on the first one. Great reflection and composition on the 6th and damn good lighting and saturated colours on the 7th. On the 4th I wish you had a narrower DOF. Great set!

You know, I hate repetitions! You know, I hate reptitions! These are fabulous pieces of crafsmanship! These are fabulous pieces of crafsmanship! Most from NE area! Most from NE area! Exceptional! Exceptional!

jiimson, thanks for the comments. I went back to photo four and you're absolutely right. The foreground gets swallowed up by the busy background.

i so often find myself preferring an odd piece out. (i'm not quite certain what that says about my aesthetic sensibilities.) this time, though, i join the ranks for number one. they all evoke a briny breeze, though. the crab catches me, too. it evokes mixed feelings. a little bit of melancholy. a little bit of acceptance.

#1 invites for a long revigorating walk. I can feel the breeze and hear the birds. Nice set but the fisherman attracted my eyes with this outburst of vibrant colours.

DrRoy— I didn't make the statue, but someone did. People tend to add rocks when they go by.

Wonderful set - the lines and footprints and light in the first shot are fantastic and the composition and colors explode on the last shot. I agree with jjimson that a different dof on the fourth could make the stone tower pop.
