Great set - those last three shots are superb. The textures in the fourth and sixth, the movement and capture of water in the fifth, and the strong contrasts in the sixth are great. Love the tiny feather too!

I always had a fiscination for icles, colour and shapes vary with the weather. This set talks to me and I've fallen in love with #5. Love it !

Icicles are just water frozen it time - as is sadness in life. It is the tears that do not flow, it is the tears that are held back, it is the tears that are frozen in time. When one is reconnected with warmth and kindness, these icicles will melt, and the tears will begin to fall - just one bit at a time. Great shots Lynda - Happiness rules!

sigh. i have not seen a full-blown stalactite-like icicle in ages. i would like to hear one fall again. i bet the one in number five cracked loudly when it fell.
