Reminds me of the film Tron and the song Bring on the Clowns. Sarah Moon's quote is intriguing although many philosophers would disagree. The mere act of photography, of natural or designed subjects is always one of a singular perception, a perspective, a time, a place, a mood. Whether we contrive, or design or merely capture what is before us we are all creative. I read today that the artist Hockney believes we are entering the age of hearing and losing the visual. We are so busy being wired up that we noe longer see, yet alone observe. Perhaps on our photoblog site we need to explore more the meaning of our pictures. That is why I like your postings. They are good photographs but challenge and move us out of our comfort zones.

Thank you for the comment. I think that there are times that the photographer starts with a particular perspective or perception; however, what is being looked at takes on its own life and influences how it is seen and interpreted. Incidentally, I like Hockney's photo collages.
