I used my friend's camera to take this out of our car window. We were going about 70mph and the motorcycle passed us. I loved the backpacks and all the gear.

We passed quite close to this lobster boat soon after he had pulled up one of his traps. The raised hands indicated that he had caught several lobsters and they were of an acceptable size.

Il y a des jours, j'aimerais par dessus-tout lire parfaitement l'anglais comme aujourd'hui. Ton récit a l'air intéressant. Nice set.

All that beautiful landscape and then also the wonderful people you ran into...you must have been going in all directions with your camera. I think these are great glimpses of your trip!

great post - have you ever written a book? i'd read it (what ever it's about), you seem to have a way with words.

watching an artist makes the flick of shutter seem rather fleeting, doesn't it? "i've always wanted to do this scene." so deliberate.
