“We sleep, but the loom of life never stops, and the pattern which was weaving when the sun went down is weaving when it comes up in the morning.”
—Henry Ward Beecher |
“We do not live an equal life, but one of contrasts and patchwork; now a little joy, then a sorrow, now a sin, then a generous or brave action”
—Ralph Waldo Emerson |

Beautiful observations and photos on the tapestry of life - a very uneven fabric and largely imaginary.

I like that little quilted thing in #4 and haven't figured out what that is in #2. Enjoyed it all as usual. I am going to have to catch up on more reading on your blogspot when I get the chance. I used to read quite a bit and enjoyed it but usually only find time for reading now while eating my lunch or in the middle of the night when I can't sleep. Good luck on your remodeling. We've been slowly getting that done. Picking colors? I tried something different in the living room this time. The walls are dill green now. They used to be white or ecru or some offshoot. No one likes it but me. I figure I'm the only one that has good taste.
