Nature will bear the closest inspection. She invites us to lay our eye level with her smallest leaf, and take an insect view of its plain. ~Henry David Thoreau

In nature, nothing is perfect and everything is perfect. Trees can be contorted, bent in weird ways, and they're still beautiful.”

I'd sure like to know what is in #1! I made the closest inspection and don't know. Looks like rosemary leaves in the middle. I thought at first a sunflower head, but then decided it just wasn't right. I keep going back to it - with the leaves on there and the raised part and the different middle it looks like a "natural" wreath. Is that a tombstone covered with lichens in #2? It's kind of an optical illusion. At first glance it looked like an opening through the trees. After investigating photo a while I thought it looked like a tombstone in there. The last has almost a mystical quality about it. And I like the different foliage that surrounds it.

#2: it looks like a door entrance of a chapel. good color choice.

I agree with old babe , looks like rosemary and moss surrounding it though. The second is strange being b & w. you can't really tell. The third is like a painting.
