You are right. Enlarging the photos really shows off the cobbles. I can see why you wouldn't want to leave. I've never been to a place like this. My daughter and granddaughters, who collect and polish rocks, would love the place. Totems or cairns?

These are totems or simply stone sculptures. Cairns, in Maine, are used to mark hiking trails and often have a "conical form."
