I'd be lying if I said onion rings, considering they look like C's instead! I figure since cutting & grinding (no crying involved) the onions at work, why no make some onion c's! haha.. they came out pretty good. Thank goodness we have pre-made tempura batter (for our shrimp tempura) because I wouldn't have the slightest clue how I would go about making them.
