Gargoyles

2007.09.14

The Milano Duomo is "protected" by many gargoyles that are mounted on the wall, and get their name from the gurgling sound they make as rain trickles downs them. No, these gargolyes aren't lions and griffins, but just artsy little statues that stand guard around Milan's (and many other places') central cathedrals.

Cherax Love gargoyles. Didn't know that bit about how they got their name.
I have made a one, and half finished another (better do that one day!).
