Photograph taken in 1876 by a member of the Linked Ring,in Monsal Dale, Derbyshire. Wonder how long he had to sit still to get this shot? The Linked Ring sound rather an interesting bunch - I Googled them - and I thought I should take this off my wall and share it with other PBs - just to demonstrate what an ancient pursuit we all follow…...
