Garlic Planting

With pumpkins harvested we now transform the patch to sow something far more pungent. Today some third graders and their parents planted our winter crop, garlic. Under frozen soil these tasty bulbs will be forming. What we do with this harvest is not yet determined, but it will surely be a feast to the senses!
