My Birthday

Let me take you back to the year 1952.

The sun cast a warm glow . The leaves were starting to show colors of autumn in Alabama all in preparation of ME!

I am the oldest of two, grew up in a very loving, spiritual home.
I really had a childhood unlike many children today.
There was a time for everything.
Wearing nylon (stockings), putting on makeup, wearing black clothes, receiving company (dating).

My Mother and Grandparents played a very important role that shaped my life. I was taught nothing should separate you from the love of God and to trust in His word. Treat others as you would have them treat you. Work hard, learn something new everyday.
There are many lessons I could share, but then bragging is not polite.(laughter)

I am so bless to have wonderful family and friends.

My heart goes out to the families of 9/11.
