Trouble outside the home

Tonight our neighbor called asking why were there 3 fire engines outside our home. We were watching Top Chef - didn't hear a thing! Turned out the next door neighbor tried to un-thaw her pipes with a torch - set her wall on fire.
Thank goodness they didn't burn the house down
