I took this picture of the great Mama Kim's Korean BBQ food truck at Hot Fest at Yankee Spirits. It was a festival of spicy food put on by WBRU. They had free samplings of beer and spicy food. How could I not be in attendance?
Boneyard BBQ had their four hottest wings (I ate them all twice no problem), Tortilla Flats had their magnificent habenero Mac & Cheese that I had about 4 bowls of, and even Texas Roadhouse came out with some beans and pulled pork! But I was taken with the Korean food truck. I had the gochujang chicken. It was quite delectable. They park the food truck in different locations around Providence, so it may be hard to find. However, if you see it I highly recommend a stop!

It comes highly recommended from you..,hmmm....then it must be delicious...just don't know How I feel about Food from a truck. At fire house I've only ever gotten cheese fries...can mess that up to bad. But you do have excellent taste in delicious culinary foods..except for onions those are gross.
