The one you wearing around ur neck is called 'rudraksh'.The seed of Rudraksh has been given a very special place and it is credited with mystical and divine properties. The botanical name of the Rudraksh plant is 'ELAEOCARPUS GRANITRUS'. This is found in the various parts of the world. It is said that the seed of Rudraksh contains the secrets of entire evolution of the cosmos within it... "Rudraksh is formed by association of two words, 'RUDRA' and 'AKSHA'.
