A digital artist slash photographer, i first fell in love with photography back in 1999, towards the end of that last millenium. Borrowed a cheap point-and-shoot 35mm camera, those black boxy ones for a trip to Bali. Never looked back since, though there was a period of time when i didn't know what to do with my life and was struggling from one job to the other. The black period. The time when everything around me seems black & white. Or Monotone. Gloomy. And it was during this time that i lost over 40 Gigs of photos taken over 3 years. Gone. Erased. Only managed to retrieve a handful. But that's life. You move on or you stay stagnant. I decided to take life by the throat.

Now being paid to capture weddings, events, fashion shows, I'm trying to expand my portfolio even further by going into advertising in 2008. Hopefully.

	wow, gladly! it'll be great if u could feed me more info. although I have to tell u i've nvr done photography for anyone before (this sat i'll have my first event shoot!)... so far i'm only doing it for myself for the fun of it, so u get the idea. but i'm definitely interested! Reply ⇔ Henderson Waves You should have told me you're going to the Walk. I live just at the foot of Mt Faber. Nice place, is it? My wife have been pestering me to bring her for a walk there. Though it's just a couple of minutes to the bridge... think i'm just plain lazy. I would have told you, if I had only known. Ha ha! It's a really nice place, my grandparents used to stay at Bukit Merah and we'd walked over to Mt Faber whenever we visit. Bro, thanx for the advice. Maybe I'll wait a little longer to get that flash. But from what u told me, I can't believe u only own a body and a 50mm lens and u only rent the other stuff! U sure know what to rent, man. As for me, so far I have bought a Tamron 28-200mm IF Aspherical lens for $150 (used for walkaround) & a Sigma 70-300mm APO DG Macro for $200 (to complement my 17-85mm IS USM for other kinda shots). Both are 2nd hand lenses. I'm not a pro & I dun take photos for events like u do, so these 2 lenses work just fine for me. Once again, thank you very much for the advice! Guestbook · Message
