In the distance is the Eternal Peace Light, it was decated at the 75 reunion of the battle in 1938. FDR was the speaker. It stands 47 feet tall and the flame never goes out.

I was out and about the other day and I came across these daffodils. Out at the Oak Ridge area of the battlefields, at the edge of an open field, No ones garden, no home, just a field. I thought it was pretty cool, I can tell you this there was never a home here. How this happened I can't say. Have a great day!!
Oh, as I was getting back into the car I saw the trees, that's why I included them:)

I just love the fourth and the trees. So cool just to have flowers in a field like that. It takes everything I have just to keep one alive and these do it all by themselves! nice job!~ R
