How topical and typical of you Stefan. I liked his music when I was young (er) and it still stands the test as good pop. Sad, sad life, though.

Was never a big fan of Michael, but have to give him credit. His talent took him to the top of the music world "acceptable" though it was ;) Guy was strange and a bit sad, yes, but millions have enjoyed his efforts.

I was a huge fan of Michael Jackson as a kid--a bit weird person but I still feel a little sad partly for his sudden demise and partly for his huge fans waiting eagerly for his July concert. This is a good one!!

I guess it says something about where you are that people would write graffiti about it. Nothing like that here. In the UK (as I expect you know) a famous death is an excuse for morbid jokes to start doing the rounds. With someone as notorious as MJ my mobile hasn't stopped buzzing all day.

i never really liked the bugger aether (and won't say what i really think of him, as he will have quite some fans here on pb ). But i guess someone had to be pop king. But what really buggers me is the fact that there will hardly be anything else on the news for the next week at least, and suddenly all his "hits" will reach nr one again on every radio station :-/ Oh well, i suppose he deserves it....somehow ;-)
