There is something physical in women that never fails to fascinate, excite and enthrall me: their skin. Never mind eagles, penguins or the human eye, use a woman's complexion to advance the fallacy of "intelligent design" and even I might believe it.

I love the way light bends around a woman's body; how it complements it, contrasts it, offers the simplest possible frame for the masterpiece that is the human form. The lighting in my nudes is usually kept to a bare (sorry for the pun) minimum: I don't want to detract from the focus of my attention.

Of course, desire forms part of my interest. There are many forms of desire, as we all know, but there is more to exciting it than focusing on the bits that PB definitely won't allow me to post. I have desired an upper arm, the bend of a knee, the curvature of a neck, the cinnamon-and-milk texture of a redhead after a day in the sun.

I wish I could develop this theme in greater detail here, but along with skin, my models display other human attributes which PB and many people here (including some I respect) find offensive. I don't mind provoking, but I have no desire to offend. Again, desire takes many forms...

A friend here has just started to pursue this theme. I wish her luck and I look forward to seeing her results.
