The blurry figure on the left is the man from Environmental Health. Apparently we where talking about important political issues to loudly, or was it possibly the loud music? ;) ;) ;) Either way he didn't seem happy about being dragged out at 11pm on a rainy Saturday night, though he did seem particularly proud of his clipboard.
