Salmon Bagel

2008.03.02

Smoked Salmon on a toasted bagel, sprinkled with fresh Dill, and a little lemon juice. Served on a bed of fresh rocket salad.

Oh and by the way, I'm starting another, take-a-picture-every-day-for-a-year thing. This time with a little twist.

In order to try and improve my technical standards I've promised to upload each day's picture to the stock photography site, SXC.hu.

To make this more of a challenge I'm aiming to get 1,000,000 downloads by this time next year. (I currently have 360,000, so I need 440,000 in a year).
