So I wake up this morning after a somewhat late night (we were out climbing till 9) and begin to do my usual morning thing... Bowl o' cereal, Bush the teeth, ect... While breakfasting and checking the old email I began talking to a guy I've never seen before with a para-gliding shirt on (to have random people around is in fact the norm here). Our quick chat about para-gliding ends with an inquisition as to my plans for the day. "None, really." I answer. Would I like to go flying? "Um, yes please?"
(I have found that answering "None, really" concerning questions about my plans, especially at outward bound, will almost always put me exactly where I want to be...)
10 minutes later I am running to find a new shirt, 40 minutes later I am sitting in the back of a Cessna ready for an ariel tour of central Oregon.
If you couldn't tell from the pictures, it was an amazing experience. The mountains in these photos are the same as in my first mountain blog, but from a slightly different view point.
