You're back with a bang — what a spectacular subject. I have only seen it from the air but it was quite breath-taking. I hope to get there one day. (I like all these but #2 esp.)

I like the wide view of the imposing Canyon. I don't know why but this makes me feel like a bird, ready to fly... :-)

Great shots! I went down and slept at the bottom a few years back.... it was quite an experience. We left the top in coats and gloves... got to the bottom and swam naked! :-)

Great shots! I just returned from the Grand Canyon and Zion Canyon - I totally understand when you say that the photos don't do it justice - but you did a great job! :)

I just got back also, and your camera captured alot of the colors so beautifully. Great shots, I loved it there, and never want to forget it, or how you felt while standing there looking at all that beauty, and the sheer size of it all..........
