Italian police officers stood guard outside the Education Ministry during the enormous protest against school reform in Rome. School workers, teachers and students protested against the fascist reforms which will reduce spending on education and research. More than a million people came to Rome to peacefully express the deep strong disappointment but government boss Berlusconi told they were outrageous.
