Osaka style Okonomiyaki

Was real fun to get out with everyone and have some fun. 急に社長も行った。Made cotton candy and had some beers and talked about fun stuff. Keiko had Cotton Candy for the first time. Kei insisted it cut his tongue. MJ and I made Mochiiii! 古今Harmony was interesting although it sucked that it rained. Made the walls from mud and straw.

I got Keiko good. Came home, hid my computer, iPod, and money. I then proceeded to leave the lights on and the door unlocked. I met up with her at work ( I get out 15 minutes earlier then she does) so she didnt expect anything. When we got back she was flipping out haha I got her good...

It was alright, this....anime convention. It was a fun trip to go on but there weren't as many opportunities to take pictures as I thought there would be. Finally had the Katsu in Kichijoji.

Why Did I Cry?

Today was magnificent. I was on the train at a station I had never been at before and the doors were just about to close, I jumped up and got off the train. Walked around and saw some cool things but what will always stick in my mind is how I stopped to take off my jacket and a guy stopped walking above me and just started singing. He sang as if he wanted the entire town to hear him. He sang the same song over, and over again. It was beautiful. I only understood a few words. It sounded like a really old song. I took off my iPod..I sat down in the grass and listened to him for more then half an hour. It was almost as if he was singing to me. After I took a picture of him I bowed. It was the first time I had bowed to someone, and actually felt like it really had meaning to it. After he stopped singing he walked away. He disappeared..I walked away crying ... After that I got lost and walked around until I found the station again. I was at the station and a boy around the age of 10 said hello to me. Now this is not uncommon at all in Japan. Kids that age always say something, and sometimes its a sentence or two. But usually its just "Hello my name is )*$$)#." So I said hello back. He then asked me where I was from, where I was going, where I live in Japan. He then started translating what the recordings at the station were saying. So I kindly said to him "alright well it was nice meeting you" and I walked away. He then yelled "BYE BYE!" so I turned around and waved. I walked further down the platform and stopped, put on my headphones and started daydreaming. Then all I heard was someone running so I look over. The kid is running after me.. He then proceeded to get on the same train, and sit next to me. He started telling me where he was going, where his father works, and what he will do today. He then stood up and said it was his stop, and he had to go. He said "bye bye" about 3 times after that. After he got off I couldnt help but smile...It's strange how I felt he was weird when he was just so kind and outgoing. It was quite the experience, and an odd one at that. So today....I saw some kids laying down on their skateboards. I saw a woman cleaning her motorcycle with compressed air. I saw a kid pick something broken up off the ground and fix it and then skip away. I saw 2 little girls blowing kisses to everyone who walked by. I listened to a man singing Japanese songs by the riverside. I got followed by an english speaking boy.

Today I wrote my sentence in my notepad which ながお先生　always reads outloud. My sentence was じゅぎょうでべーグルを食べたいです。 Ill never forget what she wrote on the white board after that. P.S. The exchange rate is at 102.5!! WTF?!

She pulled that baby out of nowhere! Lady walked near MJ and I on the train with a big jacket. It was bulging out of the back. We watched, she took it off and BOOM there was a baby!! Scared Keiko after telling her the story of the guy who chased me down after he was a jerk while I was crossing the street. After telling her the story a car pulled up next to us and I said "Oh god thats him!! Shit what should we do!"

長大　ー "I'm long and big? Youre mean!" haha - 長尾先生 MJ drew a picture of a mouth on the board clearly displaying the uvula. I then wrote これは日本語でなんとよめますか with an arrow pointing to the uvula. 長尾先生　said "のど。。。えーわるい学生！” It was hilarious. Dont forget about 大きこえ女人

The Ghost

Lastnight I randomly started the camera that allows us to see what's at the door. We were just about to go out. I actually got scared for a second! I had no idea what it was and it creeped me out. I showed Keiko and she jumped out of her pants and was scared to leave the house haha. It was pretty creepy but the lens was just dirty, that was all. Today though! We went and got some amazing Ramen but when we were waiting we realized there was a line across the street so we waited 20 minutes after traveling 45minutes to get there. It was a special day. I guess every 2nd and 4th sunday the ramen is special. Today was the 4th sunday of the month and it was very salty. It was amazing. It was the first time ive ever had really salty ramen. Finally found Honey Orinami C!! なりますで
