La seva peculiar forma crida l'atenci&amp;oacute; i el converteix en una de les muntanyes m&amp;eacute;s boniques de tot el Pirineu. 

L&amp;rsquo;ascensi&amp;oacute; al Pedraforca &amp;eacute;s una de les excursions m&amp;eacute;s atractives de la zona. Malgrat que el recorregut que proposem per arribar al cim del Polleg&amp;oacute; Superior (2497 m), no representa en general, grans dificultats, les pr&amp;ograve;pies condicions de l&amp;rsquo;alta muntanya i el darrer tram de grimpada, de la canal del Verdet fins el cim, demanen la l&amp;ograve;gica prud&amp;egrave;ncia, especialment pels no iniciats. 

Cal tenir especial atenci&amp;oacute; als canvis de temps, ja que poden ser sobtats i sorprendre'ns una tronada o una forta baixada de temperatura, i per tant &amp;eacute;s aconsellable dur roba i cal&amp;ccedil;at adequats. 

&lt;strong&gt;Accessos:&lt;/strong&gt; Per realitzar l&amp;rsquo;ascensi&amp;oacute; al Pedraforca, ens haurem d&amp;rsquo;acostar al &lt;a href=http://www.feec.org/Informacio%20Gral/Refugis/refugi.php?idRef=321 target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;Refugi Llu&amp;iacute;s Estas&amp;eacute;n (1.640 m).&lt;/a&gt; 
Hi accedirem des del poble de Saldes, m&amp;eacute;s endavant (mirador de Gresolet) deixarem els cotxes, on agafarem un cam&amp;iacute; que ens hi dura. 

&lt;strong&gt;Itinerari a seguir: &lt;/strong&gt;Per darrera del refugi surt el cam&amp;iacute; que ens portar&amp;agrave; al coll del Verdet. &amp;Eacute;s for&amp;ccedil;a ampla al principi. Molt aviat (20 min) ens trobarem ja amb les primeres mostres de l&amp;rsquo;abrupta muntanya, es tracta de la canal del Riambau, on els grans blocs de roques esdevindran el primer petit entrebanc del recorregut. 
Poc despr&amp;eacute;s comencen les fortes pendents, per un cam&amp;iacute; molt ben definit, per&amp;ograve; cal estar atents, ja que enmig d&amp;rsquo;aquesta pujada haurem de deixar el cam&amp;iacute; que continua cap a Setfonts i agafarem a l&amp;rsquo;esquerra un petit corriol que s&amp;rsquo;enfila per unes roques, i que continuant amunt ens dur&amp;agrave; a la Balma de les Orenetes (50 min) A ma dreta trobarem la font de la Ruagran, i a partir d&amp;rsquo;aqu&amp;iacute; el cam&amp;iacute; s&amp;rsquo;enfila for&amp;ccedil;a. 
Aqu&amp;iacute; tornem a tenir la possibilitat de continuar cap a Setfonts, per tant atens i prenem el cam&amp;iacute; que s&amp;rsquo;enfila per l&amp;rsquo;esquerra. Aquest tram de recorregut transcorre per un bosc de pi negre, que a mesura que anem guanyant al&amp;ccedil;ada, anir&amp;agrave; compartint l&amp;rsquo;espai amb grans zones de prat alp&amp;iacute; i roquissa. 
Despr&amp;eacute;s d&amp;rsquo;una hora de cam&amp;iacute;, &amp;eacute;s el moment de gaudir de l&amp;rsquo;oportunitat d&amp;rsquo;atrapar amb la mirada algun que altre ramat d&amp;rsquo;isards, en gran nombre en aquest indret. 
Un cop superat el fort pendent arribarem al coll del Verdet (2 h 30 min.). A partir d&amp;rsquo;aquest punt cal estar ben atents per grimpar, enmig del roquissa. Despr&amp;eacute;s de la primera grimpada el cam&amp;iacute; continuar&amp;agrave; per l&amp;rsquo;aresta de la muntanya. Una mica de baixada per tornar-nos enfilar, aix&amp;iacute; dues vegades, fins arribar al cim.

Es poden distingir unes marques de pintura de color groc que cal seguir-. L&amp;rsquo;ascensi&amp;oacute; no presenta una gran dificultat, la qual cosa la fa atractiva pels no iniciats. Una vegada siguem a dalt podrem gaudir d&amp;rsquo;una panor&amp;agrave;mica de la Serra del Cad&amp;iacute;, de la Serra d&amp;rsquo;Ensija, de G&amp;oacute;sol i de la comarca en general. No veurem Saldes ja que el cim del Calderer ens ho priva.

Destreparem cap a l&amp;rsquo;Enforcadura, per baixar per la tartera de G&amp;oacute;sol, fins al mateix poble.

&lt;strong&gt;Nosaltres al final vam optar per descendir des de el coll del Verdet seguint un pr en que ens dura a G&amp;oacute;sol.&lt;/strong&gt;

Agafem el cam&amp;iacute; que hi ha enfront del magatzem de la deixalleria, pel moment es tot baixada, pasem pel mas Les Serres i anem tirant cap a vall fins a la riera tot passant per El Mas&amp;oacute; de Vallors, fins que arribem a Santa Margarida (pel cam&amp;iacute; ja sentim trona).

Els nuvols cada cop son m&amp;eacute;s negres, en canvi en direcci&amp;oacute; a la costa esta tot despejat, algunes gotes cauen mentres li donem el dinar a la Maria, i nosaltres corre cuita amb un tros de pa i un tros de formatge ja ens espavilem.

Seguim el cam&amp;iacute; (tot marcat), es dirigeix cap a la l'Ermita del Pedr&amp;oacute;, no es la nostra intenci&amp;oacute; ja que voliem anar cap a un punt ...que ve d'aqu&amp;iacute;...a la pista del S&amp;oacute;bira, pero ve com les marques blanques (ruta 10 ermites) marcant cap alla dons hi anem. Al final aquest no era el cam&amp;iacute; previst, pero aquestes al&amp;ccedil;ades no val tira enrera.

Arribem a l'ermita del Pedr&amp;oacute;, i en una mitja hora ens plantem a la pista del S&amp;oacute;bira, ja nom&amp;eacute;s ens queda seguir-la fins a Sant Hilari (6.5 km). Arribem al poble ja fosc, la jefa destrossada...i jo content com un xinxol  yupi, i la Maria s'ha fotut tres siestes en tot el cam&amp;iacute;.

Les previsions durant la setmana anuncien pluja, de fet a les 6.30 del mat&amp;iacute; cauen quatre gotes ara que el cel esta estrellat i potser tenim sort. El cam&amp;iacute; es evident i sense cap mena de dificultat en 2 hores 30' ens plantem a N&amp;uacute;ria.

Anem al bar a fer un cafeto i des de dins veiem caure quatre bolbes (aigua neu) pero para enseguida.

Ens posem les piles i comen&amp;ccedil;em a tirar cap amunt, en un no res comen&amp;ccedil;a a ploure, ara una miqueta m&amp;eacute;s, ens posem la jaqueta i seguim, portem hora i mitja i per dalt ja tenim la boira, esta clar que si seguim la remullada sera "consistent". Ens creuem amb una colla que baixant, diuen que no han arribat a dalt per la boira i per la pluja, o sigui que...decidim donar mitja volta.

Arribem un altra cop a N&amp;uacute;ria i deixar de ploura, ens plantegem agafa el cremallera, o anar a Coma de Vaca, pero tal com veiem el panorama i encara amb les piles carregades, decidim tornar a baixar pel mateix cam&amp;iacute;.

De fet durant la baixada l'aigua ens acompanyara diverses estones. Acabem a les 3 i mitja de tarda tot fent un entrepa al bar de Queralbs.

Un altra dia sera.

Situat a l'entrada del Alps del Valais (Su&amp;iuml;ssa), a dos pasos del Mont-Blanc, el Tour des Combins &amp;eacute;s un randonn&amp;eacute;e alp&amp;iacute; entre el Valais su&amp;iacute;s i la Vall d'Aosta itali&amp;agrave; al voltant del mass&amp;iacute;s del &lt;a href=http://horolezci.cz/hauteroute/show/IMG128.jpg target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;Gran Combin (4.314 m.)&lt;/a&gt;.  

El circuit fa proa de 200 km de llarg amb una altitud que varia entre 1400 m. i 2800 m..  El recorregut circular es fa normalment en 6/7 etapes &amp;eacute;ssent els punts m&amp;eacute;s destacables,  els colls fronterers de la Fen&amp;ecirc;tre (2805 m.) i. el  del Gd.St.Bernard (2469 m.), a banda del coll des Otanes (2846 m.) proper al refugi FXB Pannossi&amp;egrave;re.

Les etapes que nosaltres 6, socis de la UEC i del CEC (Angels, Ligia, Jordi Montserrat, Lluis Albert, Cristina i &lt;a href=http://uecgracia.org/muntanya/quisom/pages/olle.htm target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;Jordi Oll&amp;eacute;&lt;/a&gt;) vam fer, sota el guiatge d' en Alvaro (&lt;a href=http://www.cairn-fr.com/ target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;www.cairn-fr.com&lt;/a&gt;) , el seu fill Guillaume i la inestimable mula "Ninon" que &amp;eacute;s donava suport en el transport de l'equipatge, s&amp;oacute;n les seg&amp;uuml;ents:

&lt;strong&gt;1.-&lt;/strong&gt; Fionnay (Val de Bagres-Su&amp;iuml;ssa)(1490 m.) - Mon Repos (2150) (1h.30') - Refugi o Cabane Panossi&amp;egrave;re (2645 m.)(3h.45')

&lt;em&gt;Espectacular vista del mass&amp;iacute;s dels Grands Combins amb la seva glacera en primer pla.&lt;/em&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;2.-&lt;/strong&gt; Cabane Panossi&amp;egrave;re - Col Avouillons (2647 m.) (1 h.5') - Col Brunet (2h.25') -Alpage Servay (2074 m.) (3h. 25') - Col/Cabane de Mille (2473 m.)(5 h.)

&lt;em&gt;Abans de pujar el coll d'Avouillons, hem de passar la glacera , on el seu pas est&amp;agrave; senyalitzat per tr&amp;iacute;podes, i no calen ni grampons ni piolets per&amp;ograve; si una certa atenci&amp;oacute; per travessar-la.&lt;/em&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;3.-&lt;/strong&gt; Cabane de Mille - Alpage le Coeur (2238 m.)(1h. 25') - Alp.Boveire d'en Bas (1h.50')(2200 m.) - Creux du M&amp;acirc; (2h,.50') (1945 m.)-Bourg St.Pierre (1632m.)(3h. 50')-Barrage de Toules (4h.50') - Col du Gd. St.Bernard (7 h.50') (2469 m.)

&lt;em&gt;Aquesta llarga etapa es podria escur&amp;ccedil;ar fins al poblet de Bourg St.Pierre per&amp;ograve; la idea de dormir a l'Hospice del fam&amp;oacute;s i hist&amp;ograve;ric coll del Gd. S.Bernard va ser molt tentadora, i valia la pena el sobreesfor&amp;ccedil;. El coll &amp;eacute;s c&amp;eacute;lebre , entre altres coses, pel pas de Napole&amp;oacute; amb el seu ex&amp;eacute;rcit de 40.000 homes el 20 de  maig de 1800 per conquerir el Nord d'It&amp;agrave;lia contra les tropes austriaques.
Per una altra banda la baixada del coll de Mille a l'Alp.le Coeur &amp;eacute;s meravellosa per tenir davant nostrela cara NE del Massis del Mont&amp;acute;Blanc&lt;/em&gt; 

&lt;strong&gt;4.-&lt;/strong&gt; Hospice du Col Gd.St. Bernard - Cantina di Fontaine (2203 m.)(45') - St-Rh&amp;eacute;my (2 h.)(1619 m.) (Italia)

&lt;em&gt;Etapa curta per contrarestar  l' esfor&amp;ccedil; del dia anterior . Cal  destacar la visita d' una mansi&amp;oacute; de la Regia Dognana Italiana, a 4 km. de l'Ospizio,  per conservar en el seu interior el mobiliari antic i l'amabilitat de la seva mastressa (Sra.Ana)&lt;/em&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;5.-&lt;/strong&gt; St-Rh&amp;eacute;my - Eternont dessous (1645 m.) (1h.30') - Prailles (3h.30') - Alpage Pointier Inferior (1807 m.) (4h.15')- Col Champillon (2709 m.) (6h.45') - Rifugio (2430 m.)(7 h.15')

&lt;em&gt;Etapa dura en especial la pujada fins el coll de Champillon, on hi ha la recompensa de tenir una vista privilegiada a banda i banda del massis del Mont-Blanc i el dels Combins.&lt;/em&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;6.-&lt;/strong&gt; Rifugio Champillon - Pressa de By (1987 m.)(2h.')- Alpage Lombardin (2309 m.) (3 h.) - Lago Fen&amp;ecirc;tre (2709 m.) (4h.)- Col de la Fen&amp;ecirc;tre de Durand (2805 m.) (4 h.30')-Cabane Chanrion (2462 m.) (6h.45')(Su&amp;iuml;ssa).

Vista espectacular des del coll fronterer de la Fen&amp;ecirc;tre, encara amb clapes de ne-situat entre els Mt.Avril i G&amp;eacute;l&amp;eacute;,  amb cims superiors als 3400 m., com La Ruinette, el Serpetine, el Mont-Blanc de Cheilon (3867 m.) i el Pigne d'Arolla.&lt;/em&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;7.-&lt;/strong&gt; Cabane Chanrion - Pont du Lancet (2040 m.) (1h.) - Presa de Mauvoisin (2h.45') - Poblet de Mauvoisin (3 h.) - Fionnay (4h.25')

&lt;em&gt;En aquesta darrera etapa, a banda de tenir des del refugi una vista magn&amp;iacute;fica del Combin de Tsessette (4141 m.),  passem pel costat esquerra del pant&amp;agrave; de Mauvoisin (7 km.) on la darrera part es sota un t&amp;uacute;nel il.luminat sota els salts d' aig&amp;uuml;a que cauen sobre el mateix pant&amp;agrave;..  A dreta de la presa , la pres&amp;egrave;ncia de l' imponent Le Pleureur (3703 m.).&lt;/em&gt;

En Mauvoisin hi ha la parada de bus que comunica amb Fionnay i Le Chable (Val de Bagnes). D' aqu&amp;iacute; s' enlla&amp;ccedil;a amb Martigny -via tren o bus-i tot seguit  amb Gen&amp;egrave;ve-Ginebra, podent agafar el Talgo o l'avi&amp;oacute; fins a Barcelona.  

En cotxe, des de Barcelona,  hi ha uns 820 km. fins a Martigny -dels quals 700 s&amp;oacute;n autopista -via Grenoble i Alvertville-i 30 m&amp;eacute;s fins al poblet de Fionnay
