i've been bluffed all along

just an experience to share with you. be careful and very selective in choosing air conditioner service man. hardly two weeks after it was serviced & the first and second pix were what i found inside my air conditioner unit. i found out i've been bluffed by the first technician who claimed that it has been totally serviced and cleaned, like brand new. when i noticed the air in the room was not cold nor cool and it's rather stale when it's supposed to be refreshing, i got a second service man to re-check my room air conditioner at home. i got a big surprise when he told me that no servicing has been done to the unit and showed me all the dirty internal part of the unit.

they waited by the roadside from as early as 5am. waiting to be picked up by potential employers for daily odd jobs. for a city of 12 million people, making ends meet in jakarta is not always easy for every tom, dick & harry. they make a good photo opp, but more impotantly, in their own way, these people serve to remind us how lucky we are. we have every right to be thankful to God for the blessings we are enjoying.

Surabaya is a unique city. Though the 2nd largest city in Indonesia, it's traffic jam is very much less. Maybe because it's population is only 1/3 or 1/4 of Jakarta's 10 million people. Pix opportunities are abundance. However, I only spent 3D 2N there with a lot of works to finish.
