Just a quick post to say that now I have finished my Project 365, I won't be posting any more on Photoblog. Would love to keep it up, but time just doesn't allow! We have some shows coming up next weekend so we have been getting stuck into some serious show training after having a bit of a lapse over the holiday season! Still not perfect but we are getting there. You can see how big she is now at 5 months old. See how much she's grown since this entry!

Day 6/371/356 - New Friend

Luna and Kaya were introduced to a new friend today - our friend's dog Maple - a 4 month old Cocker Spaniel puppy! I was so proud of our girls, they were so gentle with her! Whether Maple was gentle with them.. hmmm... not quite so lol.

Day 5/370/355 - Blue Sky Again!

Day 4/369/354 - After the Storms

We've been having some pretty serious rain and storms over the last couple of weeks here on the Gold Coast. So much for sunny Queensland! This is the aftermath on one of the beaches, close to a river outlet where sticks, branches and contents of people's backyards were washed down the river in the flooding out to sea, only to be washed back up on the beach. Among this mess we found some interesting stuff - a photo frame, a headlight, a bottle of turps, a loveheart cushion, a peice of motorcross armour and even an entire park bench! Crazy.

Most photos of Luna I've taken feature her wearing a solemn expression, quite the little Princess. This time, I managed to catch her at her goofiest!! Love her!

Day 2/367/352 - Catching the Rain

With all the recent rain (and there's been a LOT of it), we decided to get a small rainwater tank just for clearing the mud from the side path and other small odd jobs. Kaya and Luna thought it was pretty neat too!

Day 1/366/351 - Happy New Year

I have no idea what I am doing with naming of these 'extra' posts - it's not really Day 1, from my previous numbering it should be Day 366. BUT I only started at Day 14 so technically it's Day 351! Too confusing. Anyway, this was taken just after the clock struck midnight! No fireworks due to the insane windy and rainy weather, so we celebrated with a friend at our house with movies and sparklers at midnight.

Day 365 - Stormy Seas

This was taken at Burleigh Heads and shows the stormy seas and skies that we have been experiencing lately. The New Years Eve fireworks have been cancelled due to bad weather, so we are planning on a night in with movies and sparklers instead! For those of you who have been following my photo blog and Project 365 throughout the year, you might be wondering why I am not making a big deal about it being finished! The story is, when I started the project it was already halfway through January, so I don't actually have photos for the first half of the first month. For this reason, I will be continuing the blog until the 13th of January 2008.
