Most of you know my love for flowers but I also love to listen to someone playing the keys on a piano...they both go hand in hand...and throw in a sax player (the sax is in the above song) and it's perfection!!! I'm so THANKFUL for all the helpful advice and wealth of information I have received on PB!!! It is much appreciated and I have grown in my knowledge and understanding of photography. With this time of year, I wanted everyone to know I have deep respect for what a person believes, their hopes, and their dreams. I personally don't celebrate the holidays so if I’m not able to comment on a particular post that is the reason why...but if in that post there is something I can comment on...I most definitely will. I do very much believe in God and of his son Jesus. I thank all in advance for your thoughtful understanding. Everyday of the year, I hope for all to have health and happiness :))

Orchids are like butterflies

To me when I see an orchid, it reminds me of a beautiful butterfly. Sometimes...I think it will fly away just like it has wings...so delicate and detailed just like the FABULOUS butterflies Ruth (nunuinpictures) captures. I wanted to have a black background...but I didn't have one so I improvised with holding a dark green weaved placemat in my left hand and holding the camera in my right hand.

Ron and Jo-Anne~the happy couple!!! It was actually hard to get them together because Jo-Anne loves to chat with everyone and Ron on the other hand is quiet. He was full of smiles even with his limitations. A great couple I have know since I was a teenager. Set~2

50th Wedding Anniversary for Ron and Jo-Anne!!! These were taken an hour after we were suppose to be out of the building...so needless to say I was rushing. A fantastic party to the end :)) The lighting was not easy for me...but I did the best I could. As of Rob's suggestions...I made a few adjustments on a couple of shots. The happy couple will be in the following post... Set~1

This little bike takes me back in time. I had a red radio flyer wagon when I was a little girl and I still have one...it's very beat up but we use it for yard work. My imagination took me everywhere in that little wagon :))
