Sure, I use PS whenever I can to crop pics, digital scrapbooking, and perhaps a little edit here and there, but as much as this.

Side notes:
This was taken a few weeks ago. See, the elections are coming up, and all of a sudden road repairs happen. In fact, I don't think any road was left untouched.
Why the rush? I have no idea. But some reckon that the "c" word is behind this.. 
While nice roads are a blessing, sometimes when all the constructions happen at once, it becomes hard.

I'm just saying...
