We Fix Everything - Again

This is the second time I have posted this particular photo. I really like it a lot...but can't figure out how to accent the aspects of the photograph that I love. I love the contradiction in the decay of the building and the boasting of the sign. The new version uses vignetting and selective focus/blur to draw the eye to the sign as the main subject. I think it is an improvement...what do you think?
