"M" is for the million things she gave me,
"O" means only that she's growing old,
"T" is for the tears she shed to save me,
"H" is for her heart of purest gold;
"E" is for her eyes, with love-light shining,
"R" means right, and right she'll always be,
Put them all together, they spell "MOTHER,"
A word that means the world to me.
- Howard Johnson.

I never understood what a job it was to be a "Mother" till I became one myself. If I can be just even half the mother that my mother has been to be, then that will be a great thing. I always thought growing up that I had the meanest mom in the world but as I grow older, I now understand that I have the greatest Mom in the World because she loves me and only wanted what is best for me. Mom, l love you with all my heart. Thanks so much for everything you have done for me!

Powered by Photoblog.com

I go different places. Sometimes I don't have a clue where I am sometimes I do. There are so many different things in the world to photograph and I am sure there are so many stories behind them. I found this old store, not sure if it is still open or not but on the day I was there it wasn't. Brings back memories for me. My Great Aunt ran a little country grocery for many years. As long as she was in business, I knew I would never be hungry. She was very good to me. She has long since passed away. I guess these pictures are for her.

Powered by Photoblog.com
