This day was Italian day at Porto Santo. An airline with a very nice livery and the best, one that I hadn't photographed yet.
So, early in the morning (for vacations standarts...), just before going to the bakery for fresh bread, I went to the airport. |
I arrivived just in time (even had to run a little bit) as the plane was ahead schedulle. Arriving from Verona, Italy.

That nose gives it a very funny and colorfull touch....

It's great to have an airport with a balcony with such a view. Lately, the security measures in airports make this kind of balconies almost impossible to find....

Departing to Milan. In the afternoon, it would return from Milan and then fly back to Verona.

There it was again in the afternoon. Just arrived from Milan and preparing the Verona fligth.
Nice to notice the terminal. The white building was the old terminal and control tower, now used by the fire dept. On its side, the new terminal and tower....a little bigger.... The containers in first sight, are used for Fire Dept. Training.... |

Very nice report, Rui! I still hadn't chance to photograph livinston in good conditions, if i remember just once in Toulouse, but just half of the aircraft...
