The last couple of days, it's been snowing up there, on the higher mountains.

Snow isn't very usual around here, although every winter snowes once or twice, it's usually small amounts and it never lasts much.
This winter it's the fourth time it snows...and even down here, at Funchal it's quite cold...(at least for what we're used...) |
These we taken at 500mm (not the first one), so the snow it quite far away. Anyway we sure feel the cold here. Last winter I barely used any sweters but this year, I'm getting the coats out of the closet...

By the way, like Jorge asked, these were taken at "Pico dos Barcelo" which a peak just above Funchal, which also provides a great view to the city.
