Wow, I just switched between my two blogs, and you already have a new post up. So, if you can't eat gluten, does that mean all wheat and flour is out?

My brother-in-law also can't eat gluten... There are a lot of things you can eat..you can order gluten free flower even buy all kinds of crackers food and much more at health food stores.....even get on the net for gluten free recipes...
