It's shameful that I have lived here for over 2 months, and have only now managed to get up into the snow. It takes an hour by public transport to get to Grouse Mountain, from my house, then it's a 6 minute cable car ride to the top. There was plenty of fresh snow, and much fun to be had with snowshoes.
On returning to Kitsilano, we went to Yuji's Japanese Tapas, on 4th Avenue, for some fantastic food.
