I'm aware that a lot of my posts revolve around walks in the forest, so I took some pictures of the urban half of my walk home on Tuesday. The streets of Kitsilano are lined by beautiful, big houses, all with nice gardens. Most of them have steps up to the main entrance, and the basement (or "garden suite") is rented out to people like me.

Those houses look fantastic! I hear that all wood houses burn really well though.
