I've had complaints that there are uncharacteristically few food-related photos up on my blog. Well, today I made an exciting discovery. One of the sushi places round the corner actually sells the raw materials to make your own Japanese food. I had a poke around in their freezer today, and discovered some frozen Unagi. Unagi is a Japanese for freshwater eel, and it's one of my favourite things to devour on sushi rice (probably close third favourite, after Uni and Toro). I bought an eel, stuck it in the oven, and ate it with salad.
