This is S&M Dog

This is S&M Dog. What is S&M Dog? It's a modest photo blog surrounding my trials and tribulations of fostering dogs. In just four dogs I've seen naughty dogs, cheeky dogs, shy dogs, jumpy dogs, sick dogs, sad dogs, happy dogs but all of them abandoned dogs.

There has generally been little drama. But to start I will write of one who has tested the limits of my patience, and his name is Blinky.

I first heard of Blinky from the foster coordinator at a well known no-kill rescue organisation. "How do you feel about a Pekingese", she said.

How did I feel? Pretty unenthusiastic.

"They take a while to warm up to you," said the foster coordinator, "then they're really loving and affectionate!"

And so came Blinky into my life.
