My camera died after taking only a few shots at The Grand Palace, I was really mad... it was a great opportunity to get some real photography done. I'll post the few that I did take, though. They're all really similar--just of the tops of the buildings and the sky. So ornate and beautiful.
In case you're curious, the Grand Palace is where the King of Thailand performs special ceremonies. It's a huge area of land covered with Buddhist temples and ridiculously detailed architecture--colorful, shiny mosaics and hand painted walls in gold leaves.

While your descriptions are excellent, I would like to see the shot still. Suck about your camera; hope you can get it fixed/recharged/whatever. Nevertheless, thanks for this one.
