Patrick makes us French toast most Saturday mornings--he does a wonderful job and makes some interesting variations on the basic theme (this week's had seasonings not unlike Jamaican jerk seasoning and we had it with molasses as well as maple syrup).
While I was buttering and otherwise tarting it up, I noticed that the butter and a crumb on the bread had made a sort of a face. Alas, not the face of Jesus or the Virgin Mary, just an ordinary dude's face. Ah, well.
Still, it was kind of a fun thing to notice.
And the rest of the day was very nice--we went to Virginia to visit some friends--but not terribly photogenic. So the face in the French toast is what I have. :D

I don't think this will get you on the Jay Leno Show. LOL! I do see it, more so in the 2nd shot.
