Final picture, down you can see the workflow :)

The snail shell was taken twice in SEM, because of the size..., 1st

and 2nd :)

Then I made a puzzle :) (position, contrast, levels... :)

Here I cut the background of the image :)

The picture is done :) but what about a color?

This is the specimen before using a SEM methods...Stereomicroscope :)

I must adjust the size... :)

and opalinity....

The final picture with resolution 9MP is here :)

You can see here the process of taking the picture of snail Alinda for my friend... I used optical stereomicroscopy for taking the colors, scanning electron microscopy for focused and detailed picture of animal, and Adobe Photoshop for mixture of these shots :)

Tady se můžete podívat na proces vzniku obrázku závornatky rodu Alinda pro moji kamarádku Bernešku... Použil jsem optickou stereomikroskopii pro zachycení barev, skenovací elektronový mikroskop pro zachycení ostrého a detailního snímku šnečí ulitky a fotokrám pro jejich kombinaci... :)
