I thought about posting a picture of the lunar eclipse today...it's a rare event that isn't going to happen again until the end of 2010. But, since my photos turned out fuzzy and I did want to document the fact that I went to the Music Center in Downtown L.A. this evening...you get to see a photo of a fountain instead. ;)
I bought tickets to see The Color Purple with my friend this evening...but I completely forgot to take a picture of any of the signs in front of the Ahmanson. But...you've all seen too many pictures of marquees lately anyway.
The weird part was...there wasn't any traffic on the way to the Music Center...so I got there early enough to take a picture of the fountain in between the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and the Mark Taper Forum. It turned out a bit fuzzy...so maybe next time I should see a matinee and take a picture in the daytime.
Oh...and going back to the lunar eclipse...since the total eclipse was in the 7:00 PM PST hour...I got to see it before the 8:00 PM curtain. Woo hoo! And if you're really interested in seeing yet another picture of a lunar eclipse...mine can be found
here. =)
