Day 71 - A Colorful Find

When I was growing up, I loved going to swap meets. I never knew what deals I would find, but without fail, I would encourage my parents to buy me some sort of toy or trinket.

Nowadays...swap meets don't seem as "glamorous"...but I do appreciate a good find or two.

A few years back, my mom came home from a trip to the swap meet. In her hand was this rather humongous fan. I didn't really think it matched anything else in the house...but it was pretty...and purchased for all of two dollars.

So now...here is lies...against a wall in the master bathroom. I still don't think it goes with anything, but at least it's interesting enough to photograph. ;)
