XXII - Who Are These People?

Okay...I know the purpose of putting random people's photos in picture frames...you want to see what the frame looks like with a sample photo. But...random photos on a tissue box?

I guess the kids are cute enough, but I don't know them...and I thought it was particularly odd...odd enough for me to take a picture of a picture of random people. ;)
